Welcome to the contest rules channel! Please read the rules carefully to make sure you don't miss any steps! If you have any questions regarding the rules, don't hesitate to contact the CMs!

3. How to Participate

During this event, you could participate in up to 3 different categories for a chance to win an Amazon Card! The contest categories are as follows:

A. Photo Contest

B. Artwork Contest

C. Emoji Contest

If you are a Beta player, you can participate in all three (3) categories, while for non-beta players, you can only participate in the Artwork Contest and Emoji Contest. For each category, you can participate multiple times and in as many categories as you're eligible for. However, you can only win once. If you participate in more than one category, only your highest-ranked prize will be awarded.

Please fill out the form for each entry. It is not possible to submit several entries in one submission form.

Valid entries will be uploaded to the corresponding Discord channels.

2. Not Allowed in Entries

a.Any form of plagiarism or AI-generated Entry is strictly prohibited

b.Content restriction. Make sure that your Entries do not contain: politically sensitive, religious, pornographic, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content (“Illegal Content”). For more details regarding the Illegal Content, please read Section 11 of the Terms of Use.

c.Appearance of real-world national emblems or sensitive symbols is prohibited.

d.The game team will review all Entries and reserves the right to disqualify any Entries or remove any content that does not align with these guidelines

3. Intellectual Property & Licensing

By submitting your Entry, you grant Kingsglory a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license, transferable (“License”) to:

Remove, at Kingsglory's discretion

Display your Entry in-game and on social media.

By submitting your Entry, you also confirm that:

You hold all necessary rights to your Entry;

Your Entry does not break any laws or platform policies;

You automatically grant Kingsglory the License and all rights set out in art. 9 of the General Campaign T&C;

You have read and accepted our Terms of Use and General Campaign T&C, amongst others, but not limited to Terms of Use (Articles 10 & 21), applying also to your submitted Entry.

4. Qualified Participants & Winners

A.Pre-Selection

After the submission deadline, the Aniimo Team will review all entries and shortlist 20 finalists per category (a total of 60 entries). This review will take place between February 9 and February 11.

B. Vote (February 11, 12:00 a.m. UTC+1 - February 18, 12:00 a.m. UTC+1):

1. Finalist Entries will be posted in new dedicated Discord channels under this Discord Category. (These new channels will be opened at the moment the voting phase begins.)

2. To vote for your favorite participation(s), simply react with a ❤️ to the Entries you like the most.

3. The top 10 Entries with the most ❤️ reactions in each category will be selected as the winners (a total of 30 Winners)

4. Note: In case of a tie among some participants (winners), the Aniimo team will apply additional evaluation criteria and make the final decision at their sole discretion.
