People attending Gamescom 2025 in Cologne, Aniimo followers on X, and Aniimo Discord members can participate in the Giveaway.

3. How to Participate

       a. For people who will attend Gamescom Follow @Aniimo_EN on X, take a photo of the booth, post it with the hashtags #Gamescom2025 and #Aniimo, and show it to the Aniimo team at the booth.

       b. For X Followers

       Like and reshare the post, follow @Aniimo_EN, comment with #AniimoAtGamescom2025, and write where you would stick your magnets in the comment section.

       c.  For Discord Members： Join Aniimo Discord Server and go to the "MAGNETS GIVEAWAY” Category on Discord (“Contest Channel”), make sure to tick "Show All Channels" in the Discord server settings, and leave a message answering at least one of the questions in the Contest Channel. The more questions you answer, the bigger your chances to win. Days when the channels for each question will open on the Contest Channel:

       1.  1st Question: August 14, 2025

       2.  2nd Question: August 15, 2025

       3.  3rd Question: August 18, 2025

       4.  4th Question: August 20, 2025

       5.  5th Question: August 22, 2025

4. Winners

   a.  For people who will attend Gamescom:

        i.  First come, first serve. Make sure you personally are the one the assignment under point 3.a. above.

        ii. 8 winners will be selected on 21 August 2025 and 7 winners on 22 August 2025  (“Gamescom Winners”).

   b. For X Followers

   Winner announcement: 27 August 2025 on https://x.com/Aniimo_EN. We will randomly select 5 participants who complete the requirement under point 3.b above (“X Winners”).

   c. For Discord Members

   Winner announcement: 27 August 2025 on Aniimo Discord Server. We will randomly draw 1 eligible participant for each question (so in total, there will be 5 winners, 1 different winner for each of the 5 questions who posted their answer in the Contest Channel on Discord (“Discord Winners”)

5. Rewards and How to Claim the Rewards

   Each winner will receive a reward of one Aniimo Magnet Box, which consists of 3 magnets per box (“Magnet Box Reward”). You also have a chance to win a Magnet Box Reward by visiting our booth at Gamescom on Thursday, August 21st, and Friday, August 22nd! (see action under 3.a. above).

   1. Rewards

   a. Magnet Box Rewards for Gamescom Winners:

       i. 8 Magnet Box Rewards to give away on 21 August 2025 at Gamescom - Aniimo's booth

       ii. 7 Magnet Box Rewards to give away on 22 August 2025 at Gamescom - Aniimo's booth

   b.  Magnet Box Rewards for X Winners and Discord Winners:

       i.  5 Magnet Box Rewards for 5 X Winners

       ii. 5 Magnet Box Rewards for 5  Discord Winners.

   For X Winners and Discord Winners, we will immediately contact you via direct message. We will seek your consent in order to collect your personal information to send out the Rewards.

   We will collect your personal information, such as name, full address (including city, postal code, and country), and contact phone number, for international delivery of the rewards. We will ensure that your personal information is deleted immediately after you, as a winner, receive the rewards. We will not use the winners' personal data for any other purpose.

   If you refuse to provide your personal information or fail to provide it within 2 days after the announcement, you will be deemed to have voluntarily waived and forfeited your Rewards and acknowledge that you will not receive the Rewards nor any compensation in any other form. Therefore, another winner will be chosen randomly.

   2. Shipment of physical rewards

   a. We will ship the Rewards before 30 September 2025. The Rewards will be directly shipped to the address that you provided. We will bear all shipping costs of the rewards, including those related to express delivery, customs clearance, and Value Added Tax. Please note that shipping times may vary and are subject to the delivery times of the courier.

   b. Suppose the Rewards encounters issues during transportation, such as loss, damage, or failure to pass the customs clearance process ("Transportation Failure"). In that case, the Aniimo Customer Support team will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution to the problem.

   c. In the event of a Transportation Failure beyond your and Aniimo’s control—such as customs clearance delays caused by local policy changes or the prize being lost during shipping—we regret to inform you that we will not be able to offer any form of compensation. We appreciate your understanding that such circumstances are outside our responsibility.

   d. If the Transportation Failure happens due to your failure to provide correct shipping information or lack of cooperation during customs clearance, we will not provide any compensation and the Rewards are deemed forfeited.
